EXECUTIVE COACHING

FOR ORGANIZATIONS

FOR ORGANIZATIONS

Our executive coaching is designed to advance the executive’s leadership abilities and produce measurable results for their organizations.

We believe executive coaching is most successful as a three-way partnership among coach, executive, and the organization. Within this paradigm, each will contribute to the success of the coaching process. While the primary work is between the executive and coach, coaching is an organizational intervention and conducted within the context of the organization’s goals and objectives.

RESULTS-ORIENTED

Executive coaching is planned and executed with a focus on specific, desired results. The executive, coach, and the organization begin by deciding on the goals of the coaching.

Executive coaching is primarily concerned with the development of the executive in the context of organizational needs. The coaching objective is to maximize the executive’s effectiveness and his/her contribution to the organization. The coach develops an understanding of the broader business context in which the executive operates. The executive and coach then agree upon specific results that best reflect the organization’s business objectives. Although executive coaching focuses primarily on individual work with an executive, it is ultimately an organizational intervention.

COACHING OBJECTIVES

Executive coaching is an individualized process designed to benefit the executive and his/her organization. Coaching goals are defined by both the executive and the organization and various coaching methods are utilized to develop the executive’s capacity for current and future leadership.

Within this construct, the executive will develop new ways of being, relating and leading, to further enhance individual leadership skills and organizational effectiveness. Various data collection methods can be used to assess the executive’s strengths and areas needing further development throughout the coaching process. Interviews gathering data from people representing a range of perspectives within the organization can be additive.

The coach and executive partner in planning the process together, communicate openly, and work cooperatively toward the ultimate accomplishment of overarching organizational objectives. The executive, coach, and other key stakeholders in the organization collaborate to create a partnership to ensure that the executive’s learning advances the organization’s needs and critical business mandates.

The focus of the partnership is on enhancing the executive’s strengths and building the key competencies needed to achieve strategic business objectives.
